Reiki addresses our bodies energetic points necessary for balance and our body's overall health and wellness. As we begin to heal our body from past trauma or stagnant energy, we must also remember the power of our mind and align our thoughts.
Mindset Coaching is offered to awaken your inner God or Goddess mentality. In order to create the reality of forward movement we wish to see; we must shed the mindset that once limited the way we viewed ourselves and our possibilities.
